    I get mine from he chemist. The DSN gave me a form to start this of. Now I just take the full ones to the chemist and get an empty one. It does seem to differ depending on where you live. I would suggest your DSN in the first instance

    eddie1968 your story very familiar to mine. I was tried on about 5/6 drugs before I started on insulin. I did query this at the outset, however when it came to the final pill I asked to be referred to the local Diabetic Clinic.

    Boots told to stop selling Libre Sensors to patients!!

    Superdrug still selling them £35 each. All you need to do is hand in a completed VAT exemption form.
