    I have the Medtronic 640 g for nearly 12 months and it suits my situation.Its my first pump and I use it with the Medtronic CGM and I have not had a day problem with them.Its very much a personal choice,so do plenty of research before deciding.Good luck with which ever you choose.

    I'm T1 and have taken metformin for about 10 years and it certainly reduced my insulin resistance and reduced my daily insulin dose by about 30% and I've have not suffered any ill effects at all.
