    Dexcom or libre

Development wise don't forget the G7 is only round the corner an all in one like libre and supposedly cheaper to take on the libre... I think the next year could be interesting tech wise

    Dexcom or libre

My opinion is that the dexcom is far better for me it's generally more accurate than the libre Libre is meant to be worn on the arm... and 50 percent of the time I had such major pain with the libre... probable as I have little fat but quite a bit of muscle on the arm... I don't feel the...

    Help needed with diagnosis (RH.)

For diabetics whilst driving you must always have had a test within the last 2 hours.. so 9 hours driving would need 5 tests So you need to have a meter with a large memory as if the dvla want results they will want 3 months worth... just 1 missing result could be a problem if they do want...

It might be a blessing not being put on metformin yet might give you the drive to lose a little weight and stay off it I've always had a high heart rate and high bp but it doesn't stop me doing some exercise.. if they are concerned about a heart issue they could do a stress test if you pass...

12 hr fasting test hypo advice

12 hours over night is not that long if you eat immediately before you start the timer... most people are in bed 8+ hours.. have some fast acting glucose with you monitor your bg after getting up and if you go hypo you'll just have to abort the test.. You may fell a little rough but most...

    Help needed with diagnosis (RH.)

Rh being different to insulin treated diabetes will likely have different rules.. however any illness that can cause you to pass out will have to be declared to the DVLA in relation to goods vehicles and they will give guidance on where they want to be on the BG.. but having 3 months of data...

    Help needed with diagnosis (RH.)

Laws on testing will be that all the time you are driving you must have had a test within the last 2 hours.. and a minimum of 2 tests a day even on non driving days... you may still be on dodgy ground re the passing out... as if you knew you were low to the point of passing out you should...

    Help needed with diagnosis (RH.)

It may be worse than what you think... you are infact incorrect about keeping your bg above 5... what's actually stated is you should not start a journey if below 5 but you can go as low as 4 and be legal. Below that you are classed as hypo... However where you may fall foul of the law...

If I'm not careful I get what is very similar to limescale but a daily squirt of harpic and gentle rub with the bog brush keeps it away

    Type 1 Driving

I don't see why you can't I drive HGV carrying explosive gasses which is far more dangerous than teaching someone to drive. I would think as you'd be in charge of the vehicle you have to do all the relevant blood tests.. and carry fast acting carbs and slower acting carbs Infact thinking on...
