hello all . nothing much related to this forum yesterday i took my dad into christies hosp manchester for a operation to remove some cancer for those who dont know its the cancer hospital and world renowed for its treatments, i was there for 8 hours and in that time i saw countless men women...

it was general ... but i was undiagnosed so was all over place . my goal this yr to get sugers stable and hba down then get my op

i can recomed elwinas homemade bounty bars i made them recently and suger free snickers blobs all lovley and easyyyyyyyy to make i keep some in fridge for such sweet attacks lol .. falling of waggon not crime just means ur humen xx

i was only cancelled because i was undiagnosed type 2 at 18.1 suger was told soon as its controled they knock me out no problem ahah good luck fallgal xx

yes i fell into that trap to £2.25 per pk from boots was laxative effect to the max and tasteless. easy to make and tasty try typing in google suger free recipies lots easy bake ones . worth a look when ur ready !

it sounds like you are having a bad time a the moment, lots of things seem to be happening to you all at once and with your work to that can only add to the stress/overload you are expierencing, i dont know weather your type1 or 2 , but i am 2 . and newly diagnosed . like you it was hard to do...
