Anyway..you are very lucky to have this support group because 6 monthsago when I was diagnosed there was nothing and exactly the same indeterminate, rubbish advice...keep eating the same stuff..just cut down!...Rubbish! I found and followed the American equivalent of this...

Iachieved a non diabetic level through finding the American site T2DR...my doctor refused to comment or advise on my questions about their advice and practice....but when my levels reduced after just 6 weeks of following the guides he said "Whatever you're doing, keep it up"...Fat lot...
