    What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

    Late breakfast of Paleo pancakes (Birch-Benders brand) at only 16 grams carbs, sugar free syrup, fried egg, and turkey bacon. Snacks of mixed nuts and Whisps (Parmesan cheese chips, Cello brand, 1 gram carbs). Dinner will be baked chicken, full fat cottage cheese, and raw baby carrots.

    Try paleo/Keto at 50 grams carbs or less per day. Time your exercise to the time of day your postprandial blood sugars are the highest. It worked for me. I’m off januvia and metformin was cut in half. Good luck!

    Type 2 and Antibiotics - what's going on?!

    Metformin can cause sepsis. I was put in the Intensive Care Unit back in May with septic shock and very high lactic acid readings. Metformin was the culprit.
