    There is the odd occasion when I do think I was misdiagnosed but I don't really like saying it out loud as it seems to irk a few people. It's just that my diet and exercise levels were so bad a year ago that I can see how easily my hba1c was 7.2% which lead to a diagnosis.

    Lol yeah but I didn't enjoy it as much as I should have! I really love my low carb food now except for when I'm out and I do medium carb then. It's hard not to really.

    Pizza and potato are very high in carbohydrates. Also bad are bread, rice, pasta. Try looking at some diet threads for food you will like and will keep down your readings. Good luck.

    I won't be having a full pizza again. I actually prefer low carb food these days. I've had a pizza tonight out of curiosity to see how my blood glucose responds. Think I'll just test every hour till bed and see if I can identify a pattern.
