6.0 this morning. I didn’t end up doing fast and had the kale slaw for a late lunch and some quinoa crisp bread and basil pesto for dinner. Doctor rang yesterday with my skin test results and one is a melanoma so in for a skin biopsy today and discuss treatments.

I agree helps keep me on track. And aim for the best I can. Especially having got off Gliclazide and aiming for the metformin is a few months. Just got to figure the carbs out and increase exercise.
