    Everyone’s body and tolerance for carbs to stay in keto is different. You just have to find your level.

    50grams of carbs can put you out of keto. Some people can eat more and stay in keto others need to eat less to stay in keto. Maybe try some more healthy fats like avocado to see if that helps

    Yes I second the slow release. Which I s what I use except when there have been shortages and had to use it. You also need to eat more food with it or the explosive issue within an hour. I eat vegan low carb/ keto so it wasn’t great. Slow release is great if you have to take metformin.

    Way too much sugar in them. Eat only berries and not too many. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries etc. fresh or frozen. veggies like potatoes sweet potato etc are too high in carbs also. Mash made with cauliflower is great. Most grains are too high wheat etc. use almond...
