Cheers, that's pretty much what I've been doing, just wondered if there was a magic rule out there somewhere.

I'm using RapidCalc, so I end up with a meal dose and a negative correction dose (5 minus 8) which leaves me with a 0 RAI dose. I too test 2hr after a meal hence my question.

I test between 10-12 times a day as I like to know what's going on with my BS. As for your "diabetic nurse" is she an actual DSN or the practice nurse that in my experience is there to check your feet, blood pressure and treat you like all the Type 2's she sees daily! o_O

Just wait for the DVLA backlash against all diabetics!
