    Hi to all.

    Just joined as i would like to know how to control diabetes a bit more via my diet. I take Metformin once a day for type 2 and have had really positive results from blood tests since i started. Wanted to say hi to all and introduce myself,this forum seems a friendly place to be. Catch ya lata !
