Decided not to rusk the beer again so an evening of slim line tonics. But reading this morning is 6.7, disappointing. Hey ho, off to work i go! Have a pleasant day everyone.

Well, i got my London beer, lovely and flat but a tad cold. And 5.9 this morning. Good to be back close to my roots for a couple of days.

6.2 for me this morning, diet did slip a bit yesterday but only 4.3 when i went up the wooden hill last night. Hope everyone has a blessed day, i'm off to London this afternoon so will have to get my fix of warm flat beer - be interesting to see what impact that has.

Hi Ian, sadly my experiment proved you right, total failure. But i had half a small Aunt Bessie's as i couldn't get the yorkshire pudding idea out of my mind and it didn't cause a major problem. 5.8 this morning so i might risk it again before christmas!

5.8 this morning. After not much exercise, although i did miss out on an evening meal (had a protein bar) as traveling to wales followed by a seminar. Well happy with that!

Yes, the bread issue is bothering me still. HiLo doesnt seem to cause too many problems for me when toasted but its not a replacement for a baguette. This weekend im going to experiment with a yorkshire pudding which is a much more important issue for me!

7.6 this morning. Looks like i falsely accused the M6 of causing my higher levels. This morning stuff is quite confusing as readings the rest of the day are in the 4s and 5s. Looks like i'm just going yo have to get used to it for the time being. Hugs to all.

7.7 this morning, clearly paying the price for a few stressful days away with work, and possibly a couple of recovery pints if bitter on tuesday evening. A few days at home with no M6 traffic to cope with should see an improvement (i hope).

Hi Prem51. As the reading is based on 12 weeks and this change is over 6, im sticking with the current dosage. I did have a 2 days in bed virus 10 weeks ago (unusual for me to hug the duvet for yhat sort of thing) so i think that may have skewed things a bit. So no change until next 'proper'...
