    I can only advise that your room mate go to the clinic, did they increase physical activity? Lift anything wrong? Is the pain constant or comes and goes? Has it effected bowel movements? It can be a series of anything.

    Do these symptoms occur before or after you eat? And you don't say if you have a meter or not but if you do then it would be ideal to test where your at when you feel this way because as @EllieM suggested type one can come on suddenly and if you have a meter you would notice your blood sugar...

    It was surprisingly good, 18 gram carbs / 34 gram fat / 93 gram protein. The pasta sauce was spicy red pepper and instead of ground beef used chicken breasts.

    I'll have the tuna before heading to the gym and working out, I don't crave carbs and am trying to phase them out of my diet and presently trying to lower the amount I take in but unfortunately need some carbs for my workout regiment but I'm eating to my meter and so far everything is going great.

    @LouWilk059 Thank you for looking out. The meal in itself was 58 grams of carbs. I only eat carb heavy meals before or after working out. I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not but I'm working on a meal plan. I work construction so I burn a lot of energy
