    Intro from Lynnz

    Hi I was diagnosed three months ago and have managed to reduce my HbA1c from 10 to 6.3 with diet and Metformin 1000mgs once daily. I am delighted to have found this forum and have spent several hours reading,I hope to get to know a few people here and share this life long journey :)
