    Advice needed on diets

    Hello all, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes exactly a month ago, my Haemoglobin was 88 which apparently is very high and blood sugar 5.8. I've started the Cambridge Diet and lost a stone and a half in weight, I need some advice should I stick to the Cambridge diet where I am 2.5 stone away...
