Diabetic for 15 years only on metformin 500mg BD and Glicaside 5 mg BD. HbA1c 7-8.
some say pancreas gets exerted after years of the tablets. Is it time to start insulin.
Any guidelines available? Should I continue with tablets until glucose shoots beyond 8?
