    I was diagnosed 5 years ago during lockdown!!! I was put on Metformin immediately & not given a chance to reverse with diet and exercise!!! I have suffered with constipation all my life and sadly over past 5 years it has got much worse!!!! I now have feacal impaction regularly NO FOOD OR DRINK...
