I have fatigue aches in all my muscles and they not sure what causing it had blood tests shows low in Vit D and Folic Acid so hav eto have vit therapy now as well as iron infusions so maybe best to have some blood tests and see if anything comes to light.

I have found my levels do this occasionally no idea why but makes me kinda worried at times!!

No Matter what i eat it goes up and if have more than normal Insulin it goes down I can not win sighs

I did the opposite in the night, libra alarm woke me with a low so had four jelly babies and went back t sleep it went off again and I thought oh it not gone up so had more jelly babies it was high grrrr that teaches me to check the readings even when half asleep sighs

woke up on 8/4 soon as came down stairs 10.4 started Vit D strong strength today hope it don't cause any bother with levels arghhh

as soon as I wake up and by the time i get downstairs my levels rise got up on8.6 which shot up to 9.4 weird or what

Stress levels through the roof, still tired out but have made appointment see what Doctor says hopefully soon feel better x

had mega amount of blood tests and just had a phone call asking me to go in tomorrow for an infusion as my readings very low I wish the Doctors would listen to us when we tell them things after all we each know our bodies better than they do.

Well had a blood test yesterday as my7 levels went high even after exercise, so they checked for infections and low and behold came back very high so have to see the Doctor later today see what the problem is , never rains but it pours
