    T2 Change of blood reading

    I am type 2 my average blood reading at home is 7.1 Last time I had blood test at the surgery and they told me my average reading is 36? . I am confused they told me this is a different measure of blood reading. Does anyone know how to convert my home reading to the Doctor's reading?
