Being type one im trying to lose some weight as i get married this year. Any foods that i really should avoid and any that i shoulf try and eat more off. I eat fruit and veg most the time anyway just want to cut back but without having any hypos Any help would be great!

Does anyone else find getting stressed or angry raises their blood sugarsi always noticed when im stressed my sugars rise quite alot and then when ive calmed down i have a hypo am i the only one??
