    Hi, I was diagnosed 4 weeks ago and was put straight onto Metformin twice a day with a blood sugar of 16. I am overweight by about 3 stone, and I am struggling with so many different diets to look at, having said that I have lost 3 kg in the 4 weeks, but there is so much information to take...
