    Low Carb = no energy!

    What am I doing wrong? !!!!! I'm Type 1 / LADA (they haven't decided yet!) and I decided to try low carb after reading about it on here. I make my own variation on a quiche (no pastry of course) which I eat tons of with coleslaw, salad or just on its own and it doesn't affect my BS at all...

    New (ish) diagnosis - Gestational, type 2 now type 1 !!!

    I was diagnosed in September last year as Type 2 as I had gestational diabetes with both kids and no family history of anything related. Docs couldn't work out if I was T1 or T2 - now think I'm T1 and I'm on insulin. Will my kids now be more susceptible to getting Type 1 cos I've got...
