Been for a 3 mile run today dun it in 29 mins blood glucose levels where 4.3 when started so I had a drink of lcazad threw the run And I fin on a blood glucose level of 7.3 I have a 1.2.1 ratio For my novorapid but instead of 8 units for breakfast this morning only dun 4 and I only tack 3 units...- no1_essexboy
