    hi all i have just been newly diagnosed with type 2 ,and i have been taking 500 mg of metformin for a week now on 100 for the first week my bgl was up to 8.5 then 7.2 and today its 5.1 i test every 3-4 days as advised by my doctor . i had some wine this weekend just gone and some the weekend...
