    Pre diabetes new to forum

    Hi ! everyone, I have just been told that I am pre diabetic of both kinds (impaired glucose tolerance and impaired fasting glycaemia) I also have high blood preasure MS and a heart condition, so diet I can handle but exersise is a bit more differcult.
