    Timings of Insulin injections

    HI, Just getting used to being diagnosed type 1. My sugar levels are good when i test four times a day. However, in between testing i noticed the reading can get up to 12. I usually take my insulin just before i eat. Should i be taking it an hour before i eat? New to all this!! Cheers Ash
