Hi everyone What do people do aboht walking on the beach? Recommendations seem to be never walk barefoot anywhere. But I love to walk on the beach and shoes on is just not the same. I'm t2 not on meds and don't have any foot problems (thank goodness for those last two ) Any suggestions...
