    Well had my first 3 month updated results this morning from December 2015: 1. HbA1C was 59 now 50 2. Cholesterol was 6.6 now 7.0 - HDL and LDL both gone up by 0.2 3. Total cholesterol:HDL ratio 5.8 was 6.6 I have been doing the LCHF diet and lost around 18lbs over the three months. This...
