Hi all i was diagnosed type 2 last month after a random blood test which was 8.9 i have just had my first hb1ac 7.2 so i was told to keep doing what im doing and go back in 3 mnths i also had my retinopothy test which was fine .and i have an app with dietician next week .i am not on any meds...
