    I’m T2 following a low carb diet around 60-70g a day. Should I deduct the fibre count from the stated carb count?

    Carb blocking drugs

    I’m trying to cut down significantly on my carb intake to around 50-80g/day. Of course cooking home prepared meals it’s easy to manage. But I’m about to go away for 3weeks and be catered for. Can anyone advise if the over the counter carb blocking tablets are of any use for those times I lapse.

    Raised average blood sugar after exercise.

    really puzzled. I’m T2. After a period of a year with little exercise due to a head injury my average bs had raised from 7 to 8. I commenced serious efforts to exercise and walk more expecting it to reduce. Instead it rose even higher to 9 and I was groggy and lethargic with a fasting bs of 15...
