    can't get my BS to go down

    morning, every morning i try and test my blood - usually its around the 12 mark - which is high i know - today it was 13.9. i'm just not sure why. I just don't seem able to get it down to a reasonable level :(

    Pulling my head out of the sand...!

    I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about a year ago (maybe slightly over a year now) and to be honest i was in denial, i didn't think i should let the disease control me and wouldn't even give it the time of day. After a few failed attempts at testing my blood i gave up - my reading about that...
