    struggling :(

    Having a real struggle this week...Had two good weeks and this week I am struggling...I am craving bread, choc anything naughty really...Got to keep my motivation up for health reasons...Hopeing tomorrow will be a better day... Wobblyme :(

    week 2!!

    Ok, second week of counting my carbs and another 3lb off...Am deligted as that's a total of 7lb in 2 weeks...Hate to say it but am beginning to think that being dx with diabetese has done me a favour!! On with my third week! wobblyme :)

    carbs!!

    Well, just thought I would report that I have completed my first week of recucing (not cutting out) but really cutting back on my carb intake and I am very pleased to say that I have lost 4lb...Am delighted with that..I must be getting something right, yay! wobblyme :)

    Suggestions!!

    Hi everyone Ok, day five of seriously reduced carbs for me and I'm getting on ok but like I say day five and have everyday had bacon and egg for breakfast...For 2 of those days I had mushrooms too...All of which is yum but hey, I need variation....Any suggestions on carb free or very low carb...

    Second nature!!

    So much to learn...Am failry newly dx...Have attended a 6 week xpert course in diabetese and have to say it was very informative and hepful...However, I soooo wish the carb counting would become second nature...I do kind of fumble through and do my best...Enjoy my food (too much)...Enjoy healthy...
