    Type 2, 80mg Gliclazide x 2, Victoza 1.2 + bowel problems

    Hi Been type 2 for many years but am now experiencing occasional but urgent uncontrollable bowel emptying. Not diarrhoea, more like slurry. So bad that I'm embarrassed and frightened to leave the house. My blood sugars are averaging 6.5/8.5 before meals. Can someone please offer me some advice...

    Liraglutide and Gliclazide combination reaction

    Hi......I'm having no problems with the liraglutide [victoza] daily injection but am having uncontrollable bowel movements with the gliclazide. If I stop the gliclazide my levels shoot up significantly but I feel that I need to stop and just learn to live with high levels without the bowel...

    Victoza and Gliclazide reaction.

    Hi....I'm on 1.2 Victoza plus supposedly 2x80mg Gliclazide. Unfortunately the bowel problems are horrendous and it seems to be the gliclazide that starts it off. The Victoza on its own is fine but my levels range from about 6 in the morning to around 9 in the evening. Does anyone else have...
