    8 week blood sugar diet

    Hi I've recently been diagnosed prediabetes with a count of 45, has anyone tried the 8 week blood sugar diet for prediabetes and if so, did it help, also i have high cholesterol. I was told to lose weight, I need to lose about 2 stone. Thanks.
