    NOT a diabetic....yet!!!

    Hello to all, I just got results my insulin resistant was high 65 normal is 45... still, I am not diabetic my A1c and fasting glucose is normal... Diabetes runs in my family...... mom, 2 sisters, 3 brothers........ I decided NO to get it so I did/do the right things...... 14 years ago...
