    Mostly good at sticking to Low carb diet but weekends have a treat. Is this bad for a T2 ?

    I walk 20 miles a week. I eat the right, low carb foods and the weight is steadily shifting. Currently 4 St overweight. Have lost 2 St since January. Diagnosed T2 a month ago.
