    Carb Counting in Type 2 diabetes

    Can the principles of a carb counting program such as DAFNE be used in Type 2 diabetes ? What additional factors, over Type 1 diabetes, would need to be taken into account apart from insulin resistance and correspondingly higher insulin doses?
