    Hi folks Newly diagnosed with Type 2 on 6th May (bit of a shock to be honest), had my 1st meeting with the Diabetic nurse on 27th May. No medication required at the moment as they reckon altering my diet and doing a bit more exercise and weight loss will be enough to control it. Been cutting...
