    Type 1 on insulin and metformin. Need advice for diet. To prevent tummy upset

    Hi all. 1st ever post on anything, (expect fb) I was Diagnosed a year ago T1. I'm 38 been in insulin from day one. I'm just about to start taking metformin. ( in the morning 5/8/17) I'm very nervous as what to eat. I know everyone is different. But if I could avoid some food that trigger tummy...
