    Hi Everyone I also have Just been diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes,Doc as put me on Metformin 500mg twice a day. But yes I am so confused the nurse and doctor both told me to eat plenty of Carbs but after reading on here I see that isn't the case so I have ordered the collins gem carb counter...
