Hello all, I have recently been prescribed Metformin after managing with diet and exercise alone for 9 years. I'm a bit gutted but have finally succumbed to meds. I'm type II, follow a low carb diet, and exercise plenty. I'm just 8 days in on 500mg x1 per day. I can manage the stomach issues...
