    Just Joined.

    Hello, my name is Catherine and I have been a T2DM for about 14yrs. My diabetes is out of control, hence my joining this group. My blood sugar this morning was 16.9mmol/L. I have also just joined the 10 week low carbs programme, so I hope to be on the right track.
