What app do people use to check the carb contents of the food they eat both a home and dining out? Ive seen a few but they dont seem very comprehensive.

Does anyone have useful tips to ensure I produce enough blood when I do my finger prick blood testing? I sometimes find there is not enough blood for my monitor to give a reading, and end up stabbing myself 2 or 3 times and wasting the lancets!
