    Newbie here.

    first of all i'm really sorry that i cant give you any advice at all,as this is all new to me, i was only diagnosed with type 2 on the 3/11/16, and do not have a clue about anything as i wasn't given any literature on diabetes at all , very considerate of my doctor ???????? any help and advice...
