    Help!!!

    Hi anyone on here still awake only I'm a bit worried. Took my bloods after my dinner around 8pm tonight and they were very high at 16.4. Took my usual insulin dose before bed Lantus about an hour ago after eating toast and peanut butter and it's gone right down to 4.2. Can anyone please help?
