    Travel in Asia advice needed!

    I am a recently diagnosed type 1 and I have got a trip planned to Vietnam for a month and Cambodia for 2 weeks, what are peoples experiences with carrying around needles etc and the language gap? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Luke
