I have been diagnosed type 2 some years ago and always controlled the diabetes with diet. My HbA1c has risen from 56-58 to 65mmol/mol and cholesterol is 4.7 and I'm not taking any medication. I have a blood glucose monitor and have readings fasting of 7.2 - 7.6 and two hours...
