    Shift changes at work

    Hi, I was diagnosed T2 in November of last year had various tablets but nothing brought my bg down, I'm now on insulin (NovoMix 30) twice daily, how do u lovely people go on if your shift changes from one day being on a 4-10 sleep finishing at 7am, to then be told I'm on a waking night shift...
