yesterday i had a day out at ascot races thanks to betfair giving me a pair of free tickets i had 2 pints of cider a burger meal and out in the fresh air for 6 hours walked about 6 miles and today i feel fresh as a daisy haha reccomend it to anyone !!!!!

just for those who liked a burger in a roll get 2 of the giant mushrooms fry them in frylight both sides then fry a slice of frying steak put the steak inbetween the mushrooms with a slice of cheese and wayhey its a cheese burger GET IN !!!!!!!

hi everyone i been diagnosed type 2 diabetic 3 months ago and have not really done anything about it until this week . i am a 57 year old hgv driver and i am away all week mon till friday its hard to know what to eat for the best . ive stopped all fizzy drinks eg cola red bull etc fried...
