Was just wandering i love hot and spicy foods since i went on insulin i cant seem to stomach anymore they go right though me is this because if the insulin does anyone else have simular issues or would it be down to dietary changes.

I was wondering is there much difference using different size pen needles i use 4 mm ones other sizes, its getting to the point where its getting painful to use, for example today i stuck the needle in 5 times in different places before i could insulin my self if this keeps up it will put me off...

Can anyone recommend something suitable for cold and flu , everything i read says dont take if u have diabetes! Can i still use these products or is there something out there more suitable? P.s am a new type 1 was diagnosed about 5 weeks ago still lots to learn thx in advance.
